At Newland Cleaning, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning services tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our team is committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and reliability, ensuring complete customer satisfaction with every service.
Terms and Conditions
A £10 deposit secures your slot upon booking. This is non refundable.
Payment must be received 24hours before allocated clean.
Cancellations made withing 24hours becomes fully chargeable for the full amount of the clean.
We do not offer refunds.
Ideally, we prefer your home empty, especially for deep cleans, and free from clutter such as dishes, laundry etc.
If there is any building works in progress or due to commence, please let us know so we can rearrange you for a slot when they have been completed.
